LUXURY UNIT BUILD IN CRONULLA

Builder: Conquest Constructions

A block of 12 luxury oversized units, each encompassing 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and an integrated study space. The job included:

  • Conduit laid in all slabs including 2 basements and 6 floors, installation and connection of the 200amp consumer mains and 200amp switchboard, conduit and cable tray pathways laid for NBN through the building

  • Wired Free-to-air and pay TV (commissioned), the intercom system, dry fire system, stormwater and sewer pumps and power to lift, plus common and basement lighting and garden lighting

  • Wired all units which included power, lighting (pendants, downlights and LED strips), underfloor heating, ovens and air conditioning

LUXURY SMART HOME IN BURRANEER BAY

Builder: Matt Build

For this luxury smart home build, Kempwood Electrical collaboratedwith the architect, interior designer, builder and client, to truly bring the client’s vision to life. This project included:

  • Power pole install, underground consumers mains and conduit in the basement and garage slab

  • Wiring the Crestron Smart System

  • Wired underfloor heating, electric blinds, bathroom ventilation, security system including cameras and all lighting, all on the smart system

  • Intercom, data outlets, free-to-air and pay TV

  • Extensive garden lighting

  • Installed a range of client-selected pendant lights, LED strips and set-in downlights

SUTHERLAND SHIRE COUNCIL CHAMBERS

Builder: Relyon Constructions

This Council Chamber renovation at Sutherland Shire Council included:

  • Dynalite Smart System

  • Complete re-wire

  • Concealed wiring for Councillor’s desks

  • Recessed linear LED lighting plus downlights and track lighting

  • Wiring and lighting in Council Chambers amenities renovation​

BAY AUDIO STORES (AUSTRALIA WIDE)

Builder: Relyon Constructions

Complete electrical shop fit out for all Bay Audio (Hearing Testing) stores across Australia, which include:

  • 􏰁Electrical wiring of new store

  • Installation of lighting throughout store

  • LED strip lighting throughout store

  • Data cabling for internet and audio visual equipment

  • AV cabling for shop displays

  • Wiring and installation of security cameras

HOME RENOVATIONS AND EXTENSIONS

Builder: Matt Build

Kempwood Electrical has completed new home builds and major home renovations all over Sydney, for a range of builders (the home in the photo was with MattBuild).

These projects usually include us collaborating with the builder, architect, interior designer and client, and the following electrical works: Power pole install, underground consumers mains and conduit in the basement and garage slab, wiring of underfloor heating, electric louvres, bathroom ventilation, security system including cameras, intercom, data outlets, free-to-air and pay TV, general power and lighting provisions throughout the home, garden lighting, and the installation of a range of client-selected pendant lights,

LED strips and downlights.

ASPECT LUXURY UNIT BUILD IN SUTHERLAND

Builder: Innocon

This was a block of 15 luxury units, comprised of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. For this job Kempwood Electrical worked closely with the builder and all other trades to ensure timely progress and completion. The job included:

  • 􏰁  Conduit laid in all slabs including 2 basements and 6 floors

  • 􏰁  Installed and connection of the 200amp consumer mains and 200amp switchboard

  • 􏰁  Conduit and cable tray pathways laid for NBN through the building

COMMERCIAL KITCHEN & LOBBY FIT-OUT AT THE MUSEUM OF SYDNEY

Builder: Relyon Constructions

This commercial kitchen and lobby fit out at the Museum of Sydney included:

  • Replace aged wiring throughout

  • Upgrade of 96 pole distribution board

  • Refurbishment of existing kitchen

  • Upgrade to common lobby areas

OTHER WORK

Kempwood Electrical has done the electrical work for many new home builds, home renovations and extensions, factory fit outs, shop fit outs and unit blocks.

We’ve also done a great deal of maintenance for businesses, building complexes, sporting fields and homes.

Other work includes the cabling for air conditioners in major road tunnels.
